Our promise with pre-orders is that your order will ship 1-2 days upon arrival at the store. This gives us enough time to check the shipment, adjust the stock numbers and pack your order. If you put a pre-order in, please be patient, we are always trying to bring in your product as quick as possible but it can take a couple of weeks. If a product is out of stock, not manufactured anymore or will take a very long time to be manufactured we will always refund your order!
